There are many things we can say about the high quality of service we provide to our home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of our recent clients themselves. After more than 30 years in our Calgary home, our elderly parents decided this summer to move to Vancouver to be closer to us. The house remained unsold after four months in the market, at which point the task of finding a new realtor was made more challenging because we had few referrals and would not be able to meet the new agent.

 The cold call I made to Judy in October left me confident that we would be in good hands with her team representing us. In the 1.5 months thereafter, my accessibility to Judy and Brennan was a non-issue despite the Rockies in between. They provided timely and detailed responses to my questions via phone and email. They made use of online technology, allowing us to see on YouTube how they had staged and presented the house. These points of contact assured us that Judy's team was working in our interest. We also appreciated Judy and Brennan’s willingness to go the extra mile by following up on a frustrating fence encroachment issue with the city which I was not able to take care of from Vancouver.

We hired Judy and Brennan without referral, unmet and untested, but what we have noted in their six weeks of performance speaks of knowledge, professionalism, and genuine service that deserves to be recommended to anyone looking for a reliable realtor within or outside Alberta.
